For Komang and Kris, EBC is much more than a workshop. It’s an opportunity to welcome visitors from around the world and introduce them to the traditions, beliefs and everyday life that make Bali so special.
Komang loves sharing the customs she has grown up with, explaining the meaning behind Canang Sari offerings, Balinese ceremonies, family life and the beautiful traditions that continue to shape village life today. Every flower, colour and offering has a purpose, and seeing guests discover these meanings is one of the most rewarding parts of every workshop.
We also enjoy answering the questions visitors have always wanted to ask about Bali. Whether it’s local customs, Balinese Hindu beliefs, ceremonies, village life or even the fascinating stories of Bali’s spirits and ghosts, every workshop is relaxed, interactive and full of genuine conversation.
The best part of every day is watching guests arrive as strangers and leave as friends. Many tell us that our workshop became one of the highlights of their Bali holiday because they didn’t just visit Bali—they experienced it.
